Throughout these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the olx167 website accessible at https://olx167.cam, including all associated sub-domains, mobile interfaces, APIs, and services.
• "Member" / "You" / "Player" means any natural person who has completed the olx167 account registration process and has been approved by the Platform.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Member to access olx167's betting and gaming services.

• "IDR" / "Rp" means Indonesian Rupiah, the exclusive currency used for all financial transactions on olx167.

• "Force Majeure" means any circumstance beyond olx167's reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, cyberattacks, and telecommunications failures.

Access to and use of the olx167 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained continuously throughout your membership:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. olx167 strictly enforces this minimum age requirement. Providing false date-of-birth information during registration constitutes fraud and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
• Residency: You must be a resident of Indonesia. olx167 is specifically designed and operated for Indonesian players.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law. You must not be under any legal guardianship that restricts your capacity to contract.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to a voluntary self-exclusion agreement with olx167 or any related platform at the time of registration or continued use.
• Single Account: You must not already hold an active olx167 Account. Each individual is entitled to one Account only. Using multiple Accounts to circumvent limits or claim multiple bonuses is a material breach of these Terms.
• Own Identity: You must register using your own genuine identity. Registering on behalf of another person or using a false identity is strictly prohibited.

To become a Member of olx167, you are required to complete the registration process accurately and honestly. By submitting your registration, you represent and warrant that:

• All information provided during registration — including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number — is accurate, current, and complete.
• You will maintain the accuracy of your account information and update it promptly if any details change.
• You are registering for your own personal use and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You will keep your Account credentials — username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes — strictly confidential and will not share them with any other person.

olx167 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time to verify the accuracy of your registration details. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in temporary Account suspension until verification is completed.

olx167 reserves the right to refuse or reject any registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason. Approved registration does not constitute a waiver of olx167's right to close an Account subsequently discovered to violate these Terms.

4.1 Deposits

olx167 accepts deposits exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following verified payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The minimum single deposit amount is Rp 20.000. Maximum deposit amounts may vary by payment channel and are displayed at the time of deposit.

• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned.
• olx167 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees for which olx167 accepts no responsibility.
• Funds are credited to your Account as soon as the transfer is confirmed by the relevant payment network. E-wallet deposits (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are typically credited within seconds. Bank transfers may take up to 10 minutes during peak periods.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name that matches your verified KYC identity. The minimum single withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000.

• KYC verification must be fully completed before any withdrawal is processed. Unverified Accounts may deposit and play but cannot withdraw.
• olx167 targets a processing time of 5–30 minutes for verified Members during WIB business hours (08:00–22:00 WIB). Processing times outside these hours may extend to the following business window.
• olx167 reserves the right to request additional identity verification documentation for withdrawals above Rp 10.000.000 per single transaction.
• Withdrawals of Bonus Funds are subject to the applicable wagering requirements having been fully satisfied prior to the withdrawal request.
• In cases where olx167 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms, withdrawal processing may be suspended pending investigation.

olx167 offers various promotional incentives to eligible Members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in the individual promotion, in addition to the following general bonus conditions that apply platform-wide:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering re quirement before they may be withdrawn. The specific rollover multiplier applicable to each promotion is stated clearly in that promotion's individual terms. Failure to meet the wagering requirement before the promotion's expiry date will result in automatic forfeiture of any remaining Bonus Funds.
• One Bonus Per Member: Unless an offer explicitly states otherwise, each Member is entitled to claim each promotion once only. Attempting to claim a promotion multiple times using duplicate Accounts or payment methods is a breach of these Terms.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Live casino games, certain table games, and specific slot titles may contribute at a reduced percentage. The contribution breakdown for each game category is published on the relevant promotion's detail page.
• Maximum Bet During Rollover: While a wagering requirement is active, the maximum permitted bet per round or transaction is Rp 200.000 unless the promotion states a higher limit. Bets exceeding this threshold during an active rollover may be voided at olx167's discretion.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonus Funds not utilized within the validity period stated in the relevant promotion will expire automatically and be removed from your Account balance without notice.
• Abuse and Manipulation: olx167 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel associated winnings, and suspend Accounts where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk staking patterns designed to fulfill wagering requirements without genuine risk exposure.
• olx167 Discretion: olx167 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion has already been claimed, the terms in effect at the time of claim will apply to that specific instance.

olx167 offers a range of betting and gaming products, including sports betting (covering BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, and other leagues), live casino games (baccarat, roulette, Dragon Tiger), slot games from licensed studios, crash games, and togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draw-based games. The following general rules apply across all product verticals:

• Bet Placement: A bet or wager is considered confirmed and binding once olx167's system has accepted it and a confirmation reference number has been issued. No bet may be cancelled or amended by a Member after confirmation.
• Pricing Errors: In the event that an obviously incorrect price or odds line is published due to a technical error, olx167 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the staked amount to the Member's Account. Knowingly placing bets on erroneous prices constitutes a prohibited activity under Clause 7.
• Result Disputes: All sporting event results are settled based on the official result published by the relevant governing body (e.g., BRI Liga 1 official standings, FIFA World Cup official results, Piala AFF final scores). In the event of a discrepancy, olx167's internal records are considered authoritative pending review.
• Live In-Play Betting: During live in-play events, olx167 may suspend betting markets temporarily for operational or integrity reasons. Suspended markets do not constitute a commitment by olx167 to resume betting on that event. Bets placed immediately before a market suspension are valid if confirmed prior to the suspension timestamp.
• Mix Parlay: Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets are subject to the individual odds and rules of each selection within the parlay. If one leg of a mix parlay is voided, the parlay is recalculated using the remaining selections. A single-selection parlay resulting from a void is settled as a single bet.
• RNG Games: Slot and table games operated on olx167 use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology certified by independent testing laboratories. Results are determined at the moment of play and cannot be influenced by olx167 or the Member after a round has been initiated.
• Disconnection Policy: In the event of a network disconnection during a game round, the round outcome is determined by the server-side record. If a round was confirmed by the server before disconnection, the result stands. If a round was not initiated server-side, the staked amount is returned to the Member's Account.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the olx167 platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below will result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure at olx167's discretion, forfeiture of all funds associated with the prohibited activity, and may be referred to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Opening, operating, or benefiting from more than one olx167 Account, whether in your own name or using the identity of another person.
• Registering using false, stolen, or fabricated identity documentation.
• Registering or using an Account if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, AI-assisted wagering tools, or any third-party application that places bets or interacts with the Platform without manual human input.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or technical vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are subject to immediate forfeiture.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting — placing opposing bets across multiple platforms or markets specifically to guarantee a risk-free profit regardless of outcome.
• Collusion with other players, including coordinated betting strategies in poker, live dealer games, or any other multi-player format designed to disadvantage the Platform or other participants.
• Using the Platform to launder money or conduct any financial transactions that are unlawful under applicable law.
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or interfere with the Platform's servers, networks, security systems, or any other infrastructure associated with olx167.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing olx167 customer service staff, other Members, or any party associated with the Platform through any communication channel.

All content on the olx167 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, user interface layouts, game graphics, promotional artwork, written content, and software code — is the exclusive intellectual property of olx167 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform's content without express prior written consent from olx167.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, olx167's aggregate liability to any Member arising from or related to these Terms & Conditions or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that Member in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• olx167 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, regardless of the theory of liability.
• olx167 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform. Scheduled maintenance windows and unplanned downtime may occur. olx167 will endeavor to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where feasible.
• olx167 is not responsible for any losses arising from your use of third-party payment processors, internet service providers, or device hardware failures that affect your ability to access or use the Platform.
• In the event of a Force Majeure event, olx167's obligations under these Terms are suspended for the duration of the event. olx167 will take reasonable steps to notify affected Members and restore normal service as promptly as practicable.
• Nothing in this Clause limits olx167's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other matter that cannot be lawfully excluded.

Either party may terminate a Member's Account under the following circumstances:

• Member-Initiated Closure: A Member may request Account closure at any time by contacting olx167's customer support team. All pending wagers will be settled in accordance with the applicable game rules. Any remaining real-money balance (after satisfying applicable wagering requirements) will be refunded to the Member's verified payment method within 5 business days.
• olx167-Initiated Suspension: olx167 may temporarily suspend an Account where there is reasonable suspicion of a breach of these Terms, pending investigation. The Member will be notified by email where possible.
• olx167-Initiated Permanent Closure: olx167 may permanently close an Account and forfeit associated funds where a material breach of these Terms is confirmed — including but not limited to identity fraud, prohibited conduct as defined in Clause 7, and underage access.
• Regulatory Requirements: olx167 may close or restrict an Account to comply with legal obligations, regulatory directives, or court orders without advance notice to the Member.

Upon Account closure, these Terms & Conditions cease to apply to the Member's future use of the Platform, except that Clauses 7 (Prohibited Conduct), 8 (Intellectual Property), 9 (Privacy & Data), 11 (Limitation of Liability), and 13 (Governing Law) shall survive termination indefinitely.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which olx167 holds its international operating license. By using the Platform, you acknowledge that online betting is subject to legal restrictions in Indonesia, and you accept sole responsibility for ensuring that your use of olx167 complies with all laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be referred to binding arbitration conducted under internationally recognized arbitration rules. The language of arbitration shall be English. The arbitration award shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this Clause prevents olx167 from seeking urgent injunctive or equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent unauthorized use of the Platform or protect its intellectual property rights.

olx167 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, olx167 will notify registered Members via email or via a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days before the change takes effect, where reasonably practicable.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms in full. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Clause 12.

The most current version of these Terms & Conditions is always available on this page and supersedes all prior versions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision.
